What "Research Use Only" means.

Strata sells research-grade peptides for laboratory and research use. Our products are not pharmaceuticals, are not FDA-approved for any clinical purpose, and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, food, or cosmetic use in humans or animals.

By creating an account and placing an order, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old and have legal authority to receive research chemicals at the address you provide.
  • You will use Strata material solely for in vitro, ex vivo, or laboratory research — never for administration to humans, animals, or food.
  • You will not resell, repackage, or relabel Strata material outside the original sealed vial.
  • You accept all risk associated with handling, storing, and disposing of research chemicals.

What we verify.

We verify the attestation at signup and re-verify on suspicious activity (mismatched shipping addresses, unusual quantities, retail-style reselling). We do not verify identity beyond the email and shipping address you provide; we are not a controlled-substance vendor.

Quality commitments.

Independent of RUO, every Strata lot ships with both an in-house and an ISO 17025 third-party certificate of analysis. We retain those records for ten years and they are downloadable from your account at any time. If your independent assay disagrees with ours by more than 0.3%, send us the data and we will replace the lot at no cost.

What you cannot do.

You may not use Strata material:

  • To dose any human, including yourself, family members, clients, or research subjects.
  • To dose any animal outside an IACUC-approved protocol.
  • In any food, supplement, cosmetic, or commercial product.
  • To resell, repackage, or distribute under a different label.

Returns & RMA.

Because cold-chain product cannot be safely re-sold once it leaves our cleanroom, all sales are final once the package leaves your address. If a vial arrives compromised — broken seal, melted phase-change pack, off-spec assay — contact orders@strata.lab within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a replacement at no cost.

Revoking attestation.

You can revoke your attestation any time from your account. Once revoked you can no longer place new orders, but your historical records and CoAs remain accessible. To re-attest, contact support.
