Compounds are tested at accredited U.S. third-party laboratories using HPLC for purity / potency methodology and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. A representative certificate of analysis for each product is published on its product page and available on request.

Lyophilized compounds are highly stable. For short-term storage (under three months), a cool dark place at room temperature is sufficient. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8°C or freeze at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Properly stored lyophilized product can remain stable for 2+ years.
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days from fulfillment. Lyophilized compounds do not require cold shipping — they are stable at room temperature. All orders ship in discreet, unlabeled packaging with full tracking. Free shipment protection is included on every order.

By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use products in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We offer damage protection on every order. If a product arrives damaged in transit, contact support with photos and we'll send a one-time replacement. Reconstituted products are not eligible for return. One replacement per customer per order.
