Every peptide is built in our United States lab on Liberty PRIME SPPS rigs. The chemists who ran the coupling are the ones who hand you the file. No outsourced steps, no contract synthesis labs in the loop.
Each lot is assayed in-house, then confirmed by an independent ISO 17025 lab. Both CoAs ship with the order. If the numbers disagree by more than 0.3%, it doesn't ship.
Scan the seal on the vial: synthesis date, run operator, mass-spec trace, residual-solvent panel. Records are kept for ten years. Yours, on request.
The molecule on the label has to be the molecule in the vial. We confirm with both LC-MS [M+H]⁺ and orthogonal HPLC retention. If the spectrum is ambiguous, the lot is destroyed — never re-purified to pass a second time.
HPLC area-under-curve at 220 nm, with the method documented on the CoA. Single-impurity is reported when present. We don't crop chromatograms; we publish the entire run window.
Endotoxin (LAL) and bioburden are screened post-fill. Lots above 0.05 EU/mg are scrapped. Sterility data is on the CoA — not in a separate “release statement.”
Lyophilized at fill, stored at −20 °C, shipped in insulated mailers with phase-change packs. We only ship Tue–Thu so cold packs don't sit in a warehouse over a weekend.
Every record — synthesis log, operator card, both CoAs, mass-spec trace, residual-solvent panel — is retained for ten years and downloadable from your account whenever you need it.
If your independent assay comes back outside our spec, send us the chromatogram. We'll send a replacement and re-run our retain. The retain wins.
Cold packs don't get tired in our warehouse. Most labs ship year-round and let the carrier do the work — we plan around the calendar.
Vials are flash-frozen and dried under vacuum within an hour of fill, then sealed under nitrogen and aluminum-crimped.
Held in a continuously logged freezer until your label prints. Excursions beyond ±2 °C are flagged and the lot quarantined.
Phase-change packs maintain ≤ 8 °C for 72 hours. We never ship Friday — your shipment never sees a weekend warehouse.
