Can I cancel anytime?+
Membership is annual; you can cancel from your account at any time, and we'll refund the unused portion up to 60 days. After that, the remainder runs out as month-equivalent credit toward future orders.
How does the lot reservation work?+
When a new lot enters QC review, members get an email 48 hours before public listing. From your account you can reserve up to 6 vials at member pricing. Reservations are charged when the lot releases — never before.
Do you offer institutional plans?+
Yes. Labs and biotech teams can purchase a 5-seat plan, with PO-based invoicing and a single shared CoA library. Email us to set one up.
Is membership required to order?+
No. Anyone with a researcher attestation can order at standard pricing. Membership is just a discount mechanism for high-cadence customers.
